Some things i dont understand.

Wearing short as skirts in 20 degree weather and little to no clothes! idc if its 50 degress its still cold. These patterned see thru tights with a tiny ass dress. Is it worth risking the chance of getting pneumonia just to look cute??? No! I don't understand.
